Collaborative Ranking: Teams

Since the player collaborative ranking was so successful, I thought we'd try it with teams. Same rules apply, see the Collaborative Ranking thread if you don't know them. I'd like to see a list devoid of homer picks. List the year, city, and team name. Symbols:

* Won World Series
+ Won Pennant
^ Won Division
% Won Wild Card

You don't need to put that a team won both the World Series and the pennant, if the first one happened, obviously the second did. But let us know whether a World Series or pennant winner was the division winner or wild card winner. Put the division or wild card symbol first, pennant or WS symbol second.
