He also hit from the right side while playing half his games in Yankee Stadium where, some may not know, the dimensions were 463 with a twelve ft wall to left center, 457 same wall dead center and 407 same wall right center
Short, 302, down the left field line, but I wonder how many 420 ft cans of corn Joe D hit over the years
Of course this goes for any right handed power hitter in Yankee or even the old Polo Grounds where the dimensions were thought up by a quadrophrenic.
