Favorite home run ever hit

There's been lots of home runs hit in the History of baseball, and I'm sure there's one that you call the best one you've ever seen. It might be because it was a game winning home run, it might because of the lenght of the home run. It might because it was an inside the park, it might because it won a World Series. In other words there might be a lot of reasons behind your favorite home run.

So in your opinion what is your favorite home run you've ever seen?

Please explain why you like that home run so much, who hit it, against which pitcher it was from, and the day and the year of the home run. Please just don't tell me a player and you like it because it was nice. Please give me details.

not MLB, but in the final game of the '00 College World Series, Jeremy Witten (LSU) hit a 3 run shot that tied the game in the 8th inning.
We were in a bar room in Baton Rouge watching on TV. The place erupted when he made contact.

Game # 4, of the 1964 World Series, Cardinals vs. Yankees, in New York.

Al Downing had stymied the Cardinals into the 6th inning and the Yankees were winning 3-0, and leading the World Series 2-1. Then, With Carl Warwick, Curt Flood and Dick Groat on base, my boyhood baseball hero, Ken Boyer, launched a grand slam into the leftfield seats. The Cardinals took a 4-3 lead. Strong relief pitching by Roger Craig and Ron Taylor snuffed out the Yankee attack, and the Cardinals won the crucial game, evening the World Series at 2-2. St. Louis, of course, went on to win in seven. In the final game, Ken Boyer homered again.......and his brother Clete, playing for the Yankees, also homered - the only time in World Series history that brothers have homered against each other in the same game.

I could probably get some better game winners. Justin Ruggiano HR to win '04 Rice Regional to advance the LSU Super (where we lost ).

Also the 1999 College Station Super against Clemson. After a blowout win and a blowout loss in the first two games, the rubber match was pretty scary. The Tigers (what a bizarre coincidence) had a 4-3 lead going into the top of the 9th. Solo shots by Steve Scarborough and Steven Truitt propelled A&M to a 5-4 victory and their first trip to Omaha since 1993 and fourth ever.

Of course I was not A&M for either of these two, thus "Great Dane's" homer against Tech a couple of weeks ago was pretty wild. Blake Stouffer hit a moon shot at Baylor Ballpark last year that actually landed in the Brazos River (or at least that is what I tell everyone, it sure looked like it went that far).

Sandy Alomar in game 4 of the 1997 ALDS, hit off Marinao Rivera.

Dave Henderson, game 5 of the 1986 ALCS.

On TV:

Probably Jim Thome crushing a Chris Bosio lollypop in game 5 of the 1995 ALCS. The same game in which Paul Assenmacher came in with 2 on and 1 out and struck out Griifey and Buhner.
