Troy Tulowitsky has the best arm I've ever seen at short.

Some that stand out in my mind: Pudge, Bench, Clemente, Ichiro, ARod (Aurelio, not Alex), Shawon Dunston. And that throw from Bo Jackson going from the warning track to the catcher on a fly is hard to forget!

                Seeing in person...

OF: Raul Mondesi, Larry Walker, Ichiro, and Jeff Francouer come to mind.

IF: I've never seen anything like the arm strength that Shawon Dunston had (and Gracie never wore a batting glove under his mitt!). Tulo isn't far behind though.

I remember Gene Locklear having a cannon arm (for a relatively small guy). Too bad he was never much more than a platoon player.

best infield arm i ever saw was shawn dunston. I was watching a mets-cubs game from 1986 last night......dunston threw a ROCKET, flat footed from the outfield grass.

Brandon Moss threw out Evan Longoria at home on Friday night - the best throw I've seen in a while. I haven't seen much of him, but that was one hell of a throw.

I agree with Brett regarding Troy Tulowitsky. He is the supreme infield arm I've seen in a long time.

As a total throwing package - considering everthing it takes to make the throw - Ichiro was perfect in right field.

As a kid, I recall Clemente, Mays, Kaline, Mantle & Colavito having guns, always hearing that DiMaggio and Furillo were amazing predecessors.

Johnny Bench was tremendous, too. Santiago, too, but with a lot of slack play and errors.

Seems like there may be a comparative dearth of great outfield arms in recent years, though Jones & Vlad had strong ones.

Cal Ripken had a great arm too.

strongest arm i ever saw, true. unfortunately, not nearly the most accurate.

catcher with the strongest arm i ever saw is Yadier Molina. dude has a cannon attached to his side.

Barfield, Dunston, Bo, and Brad Komminsk stand out for me.
I vividly remember Komminsk getting an "Ooooohhhhh" from 35,000 people at Wrigley when he fired a strike to home, even though the runner ended up holding. It was just an incredible throw, and even the people who were just there to enjoy beer and some sun appreciated it.
Jackson's throw was flat footed, which made it nearly not human. It also showed off his lack of baseball acumen...he made the catch, looked at the IF to see what was going on, then rushed the throw when he realized he needed to go home.
I remember when Dunston would charge balls behind pitcher and then fire full speed at Durham from 50 or so feet away...he would handcuff Leon half the time, and it always made me worry for his health and looks!
