trying to find a box score

There was a game in the early 70s that Clay Kirby had a no hitter going for the Padres but Preston Gomez pulled him for a pinch hitter. The Pads lost the no hitter and I think the game. Does anyone remember the year and team the game was against. Or could you help me find the box score.
I know I could probably find it in Baseball Almanac. But without a little more info than I remember, it is too time consuming for me.
