I think Fenway is going to be the last stadium standing. The tales of the big green monster and the stadium's history will see to that.

Easily Dodger Stadium. It's much newer (40+ years newer) than the other two and there have never ever even been an inkling of calls for it to be replaced.

Exactly. It's one of the first "modern" stadiums so it's up-to-par aesthetically. More importantly, it's structurally sound. Wrigley/Fenway could eventually become completely unsafe or the renovations too expensive for them to continue.

Yeah, Dodger Stadium. I mean, it took quite a bit to build the stadium at Chavez Ravine many years ago.

Anyway, trying to get LA to build another Dodger Stadium when they lost their pro football franchise over a stadium issue, among other things (I mean the long-term resident Rams, not the Oakland squatters) would probably be rough.

Any of them could become structurally unsafe. An earthquake tomorrow could compromise Dodger Stadium.

And if a team wants a new stadium, the existing stadium will suddenly be called unsafe.

I think that the Cubs would have the most to lose from leaving Wrigley, so it will stay the longest. I don't think that anybody really cares that much about Dodger Stadium, and the team may replace it just to boost revenue and interest. Fenway has enough negatives that I know a fair number of serious Bosox fans (including myself) who wouldn't mind seeing it replaced. Wrigley is such an integral part of the attraction of the Cubs that the team is going to fight to keep it in service as long as possible, and it is just such a great place to watch a game.

Dodger Stadium is so much younger than the others it has to be the favorite to outlast Wrigley and Fenway.

I think Most Dodger fans would disagree with you on that one. I've spoken to my Dodger fan buddies and they simply love Dodger Stadium. Let's not forget that Dodger Stadium is coming up on 50 years in 2010. So it has its own long history.

I voted for Chavez Ravine for two reasons
                    1. There is 46-50 years difference in the ages of the Park.
                    2. It is owned by the team.

Welcome back ARod. Hope you are a Yankee forever.

They could always do what Walter O'Malley did. No I don't mean move them either. He built it himself.

Didn't mean to offend the true blue Dodger fans...have to admit I haven't been there. Just never heard any buzz about fans making baseball pilgrimages to LA to see the great stadium, like I hear about Wrigley, Fenway, Pac Bell, Yankee, Camden, etc. I'm sure it's a lot nicer than the Astrodome and Olympic Stadium were!

I'm a Giants fan and I hate the Dodgers. Saying that, Dodger Stadium is a nice ballpark. For it's age it's held up well. It's obvious it's well taken care of. I've seen just two games at Dodger Stadium ('92 and '94) and both times I saw no-hitters thrown! That was a treat.
