Yeah, Dodger Stadium. I mean, it took quite a bit to build the stadium at Chavez Ravine many years ago.
Anyway, trying to get LA to build another Dodger Stadium when they lost their pro football franchise over a stadium issue, among other things (I mean the long-term resident Rams, not the Oakland squatters) would probably be rough.

And if a team wants a new stadium, the existing stadium will suddenly be called unsafe.

I think that the Cubs would have the most to lose from leaving Wrigley, so it will stay the longest. I don't think that anybody really cares that much about Dodger Stadium, and the team may replace it just to boost revenue and interest. Fenway has enough negatives that I know a fair number of serious Bosox fans (including myself) who wouldn't mind seeing it replaced. Wrigley is such an integral part of the attraction of the Cubs that the team is going to fight to keep it in service as long as possible, and it is just such a great place to watch a game."I throw him four wide ones, then try to pick him off first base." - Preacher Roe on pitching to Musial
