Perhaps this has been discussed before, if so please forgive me, but does anyone know all of the persons who served with all three original NY area teams? I know the following did: Casey Stengel, Leo Durocher, Lefty O'Doul, Waite Hoyt and Sal Maglie. Are there any others? Also: Casey Stengel was associated with all four NY area teams-again are there any others? Thanks! Brownie31

Mythical SF Chronicle scouting report: "That Jeff runs like a deer. Unfortunately, he also hits AND throws like one." I am Venus DeMilo - NO ARM! I can play like a big leaguer, I can field like Luzinski, run like Lombardi. The secret to managing is keeping the ones who hate you away from the undecided ones. I am a triumph of quantity over quality. I'm almost useful, every village needs an idiot.

Originally posted by BrooklynThe only two players that played for the Giants, Mets, Yankees and Dodgers are Darryl Strawberry and Jose Viscaino, but both obivously did it years after the Dodgers / Giants moved. no one did it all in NY. In fact, I can't find anyone that played for three of the four while in NY, other then the already mentioned Dodgers / Giants / Yankees combo.
