"I have the ultimate respect for Whitesox fans. They were as miserable as the Cubs and Redsox fans ever were but always had the good decency to keep it to themselves. We have 9 votes. Since November, 2010. Are we on a hot streak or what?

This makes the debt "negotiations" look like they're moving at the speed of light!

Same things that I used in the 51st Greatest Player thread, and will use for all future threads, apply here. It's been months, so I'm not keeping this open any longer. There are a lot of partial ballots, so we need voters. Can't use prior ballots forever.

Here's mine, from the wingin' it system.

              Thomas
              Robinson
              Ott
              Pujols
              Brouthers

              Schmidt
              Lajoie
              Rodriguez

              And the results.

              Code:
FirstName	LastName	First	Second	Third	Fourth	Fifth	Total
              Frank Robinson	3	5	5	7	6	70
              Frank Thomas 4	3	7	5	5	68
              Nap Lajoie 4	1	4	4	1	45
              Mike Schmidt 0	4	2	7	4	40
              Mel Ott 1	2	4	1	8	35
              Albert Pujols 2	2	0	5	4	32
              Hank Greenberg	1	3	1	2	2	26
              Joe Jackson 0	1	3	4	4	25

"In the end it all comes down to talent. You can talk all you want about intangibles, I just don't know what that means. Talent makes winners, not intangibles. Can nice guys win? Sure, nice guys can win - if they're nice guys with a lot of talent. Nice guys with a little talent finish fourth and nice guys with no talent finish last." --Sandy Koufax
