The May 17, 1979 Phillies-Cubs game at Wrigley Field was pretty wild. The Phillies ended up winning 23-22 in 10 innings.

Dave Kingman's missed diving catch of Larry Bowa's hit was hilarious!

July 10, 1932 As vs Indians
The score is tied at 15 after 9 innings, then no one scores for the next 6 innings. Then both teams put up 2 runs, and it i'snt over until the 18th.
Jimmie Foxx gets 3 home runs and 8 RBI, giving him 101 RBI for the season already (batting .383)
The Indians get 33 hits, including one guy getting 9 hits.
Eddie Rommell gets the win, despite giving up 29 hits, 14 runs and 9 walks.
I would love to hear the play by play for this game, does anyone know where I can get it?Tags: None
