I'll join with Barzilla and say Hornsby isn't the greatest, but I think collins is ahead of Morgan. :/AL East Champions: 1981 1982

I have posted many times saying Joe Morgan is the best second baseman ever, and I have sent private messages to people (including you) saying the same thing. Morgan was better than Hornsby in all the things that don't show up in the box score (and quite a few things that are in the box score as well). Bill James, in his latest Historical Abstract, also has Morgan #1 (with Collins as #2). Not only is Joe Morgan the best announcer ever, but he is also the best second baseman.Comment
