Obviously countries outside of the USA. I was wondering when Venezuela, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Japan et al have their pre-season.
Many people, myself included, weren't too crazy about the whole thing because it occurs right in the middle of spring training. Since several of the Caribbean island nations, re their year-round warm weather, don't have to worry about waiting for March to go from deep winter to thawing out, I was curious when their pre-seasons were regularly scheduled.
If this can be listed by country, I'd appreciate it.
