Has anybody seen a list of foreign players in the minor league system for the 2008 season?

You mean the actual list of names? If so, I've never seen a list like that published.
If you're just looking for the percentages, today's MLB press release and/or wire stories about foreign players in MLB also has the data for minor leaguers. -
About three years ago, I found an article in the internet that broke down the number of foreign players by country in the minors. The list included the number of players from the Dominican Republic (let's say about 800 or so) and players from such places like Spain and Argentina (which had only one). I'm looking for something like that for this season.Comment
