    I've been learning about WPA and found a nice big chart which shows the Win Expectancy percentage for every situation in a 9 inning game: ftp://ftp.baseballgraphs.com/wpa/

    The problem is this huge chart only goes for 9 innings. How does one calculate WPA past 9 innings? Would the Win Expectancy remain the same as if the extra inning in question is the 9th inning?

    I'm worried whoever built this chart (Tom Tango?) has a complex formula that I haven't found or won't understand.

    Yes, each extra inning can simply take the 9th inning.
