RBI/RBI Opp?

Many people point out, quite accurately, that RBI isn't a good measure of a hitter's ability because it depends on the team around the hitter. Has anybody ever measure RBI divided by RBI opportunities (an opportunity being a runner at second or third)? If not, what do people think of it?
