Scoring question

Runners on first and third, one out...batter hit a fly ball to deep center that is caught. Runner on first is going, runer on third tages up and comes home. Runner on first is eventually doubled off, but run counts. Does batter get a sac fly and RBI?

Yes, the batter gets a SF and RBI as long as the runner scores as a result of the fly ball
