Does anybody know where I could go to fiind career Pitching Runs Created for active players? I haven't found data going back previous to 2004. Have PRC been calculated for seasons prior to '04? Is there any info. availbale on career leaders?

Something I am confused about. Gassko assumes a 20/80 pitching/fielding split, but does that assume a league average BABIP rate around .300 for the pitcher being evaluated? If a guy posts a lower BABIP than his team that year, shouldn't the pitching portion of the ratio go higher and the fileding lower? How does the 20/80 pitching/fielding split relate to the 20/40/30/10 defense/luck/pitcher/park split?
