That's a TALL order. But I know of two, personally. The High Desert Mavericks (California League, Upper A) sent two pitchers to the parent KC Royals in 2005. Pitchers Chris Demaria and J P Howell.

They were with the Mavericks at the start of the season, and were called up.

      Rickey Weeks

He did not go to the Brewers directly from Single A. He had a stop at Double AA Huntsville. I know because I met both Prince Fielder and him at Five County Stadium in Zebulon, NC.

Hey where are you from, Icee? I live in Goldsboro and go to both Granger Stadium in Kinston and 5 County. Grainger has more charm, but 5 County is more convenient and has more amenities.

MLB players who went straight to the majors, no minor league experience, research by Baseball Almanac.

I may be wrong , but I believe alot of players who jump from Class A to the big leagues are Rule 5 draft picks , so they have to stick , or get sent back to the team they were drafted from ....not sure if Santana was acquired by the Twins like that ....
