    Lou Piniella

I forgot to add: the O's traded him to the Cleveland Indians Organization for cather Cam Carreon when Dick Brown was diagnosed with a brain tumor.

Lou actually played at elmira, not rochester. I should have been more specific. Chuck Hinton was also in the O's farm system but i don't think he played at rochester either. Thanks for the feedback

    Lou Pinella in Rochester

I am, or should I say used to be a Rochester Red Wing/Oriole fan, I did not know Sweet Lou ever played for the Wings. He only played in one game for the O's, before being traded to I believe the KC Athletics. I doupt any photo exsists of Lou in a Wings uniform There is a Red Wing fan club (team is loccaly owned by the "fans") in Rochester. The internet may give you an address. I know they can help answer your question:

    Rochester Oriole years

I stumbled on to the Mnor League stars photo link and wondered if there is any body out there who has photos of Lou Piniella or chuck Hinton when they were in the oriole farm system? I really am interested in any minor league photos from the 50s-60s fron the O's minor league teams. THANKS!:
