Sounds pretty good. I may be too busy to attend, but I maybe may stop in if I am researching in Illinois at that time.
I have a little league team to coach also, so I won't really have much time this summer.

Larry Lester is co-chair (with Dick Clark) of the Negro Leagues Committee, SABR, and he was co-chair (with Larry Hogan and Dick Clark) of the big history and data project funded by MLB through the Hall of Fame. As such he was also one of the twelve voters in February 2006. And he was once curator, in effect, of the Negro Leagues Museum in K.C.]
