No. I don't know the record, but This year's 14-inning world series game had more (43). I'm sure there were more in a September regular season game -
One more to add to the list. I still don't know the record, but 9/13/82, the Dodgers beat the Padres in 16. The Dodgers used 28 players, the Padres 22, total 50.Comment
