            I think 06 was the year the White Sox upset the Cubs.
            I believe the Senators were in the 25 years. Can't recall if they won.
            The war years saw the Cards beat the Browns one year and I think the Tigers took the Cubs one year.
            28 was the first of the three straight for the A's?

              Yes, in 1925, the Senators lost to the Pirates. In 1928, though, it could have been either the Yankees winning their second in a row or it could have been the A's for the first of three. I'm going to look it up, but this will be the last time I post on this thread.
