As far as I know, he is the only player with the exact same amount of homers per year for four consecutive years (minimum: 20 HR each year)

Harold Baines (20), David Justice (21), Travis Fryman (22), Al Kaline (27), and Hank Aaron (44) are the only others that have hit the same number of homer 4 times in their career (not necessarily consecutive).
Nobody has hit the same number (minimum of 20) five times in their career. If you drop the minimum to 10 then Harold Baines (16) and Ed Kranepool (10) have done it 5 times in their careers.

I just had Boyer, but nice catch with Fred Lynn.
Another interesting tidbit:
Benjie Molina
2000 - AVG: .281
HR: 14
RBI: 71
2003 - AVG: .281
HR: 14
RBI:71
These two seasons were IDENTICAL in all three triple crown categories. I wonder if anything like that has happened before..My top 10 players:
1. Babe Ruth
2. Barry Bonds
3. Ty Cobb
4. Ted Williams
5. Willie Mays
6. Alex Rodriguez
7. Hank Aaron
8. Honus Wagner
9. Lou Gehrig
10. Mickey Mantle

Dale Murphy was closeMythical SF Chronicle scouting report: "That Jeff runs like a deer. Unfortunately, he also hits AND throws like one." I am Venus DeMilo - NO ARM! I can play like a big leaguer, I can field like Luzinski, run like Lombardi. The secret to managing is keeping the ones who hate you away from the undecided ones. I am a triumph of quantity over quality. I'm almost useful, every village needs an idiot.

So he picked up the pace in 1997. Way to go, Vinnie!sigpicIt's not whether you fall -- everyone does -- but how you come out of the fall that counts.
