Per my crack staff (sometimes not all that it's cracked up to be) who is the last LEGAL spitball pitcher to record a win?

In one's opinion, who is the last illegal spitball pitcher to record a win? This one might be fun...

Burleigh Grimes? Roberto Alomar wasn't a pitcher
Mythical SF Chronicle scouting report: "That Jeff runs like a deer. Unfortunately, he also hits AND throws like one." I am Venus DeMilo - NO ARM! I can play like a big leaguer, I can field like Luzinski, run like Lombardi. The secret to managing is keeping the ones who hate you away from the undecided ones. I am a triumph of quantity over quality. I'm almost useful, every village needs an idiot.

Being that Grimes was the last legal spitball pitcher in both the AL and NL, I'll say him.

As to the other, I don't think weve seen the last illegal spitballer.
