    does any one know where i can get the teams records for grand slams my best friend got me an encyclopedia the other day and grand slams are the only stat it did not cover.

                      Did Joe Torre or Casey Stengel actually play for the Yankees, though? That was the question statman did ask. Randolph and Berra fit that bill. I'm not familiar with Dallas Green's playing record, offhand.

                          You weren't the only one. I had to check it a couple of times myself to be sure. It's a little curve on a question that we see a lot about the Mets and Yankees.

                            You're right, none of the others did. I was thinking when Stengel played in the WS *against* the Yanks
