  • This one's got me stumped!

Apparently, this one was floating around the press box at a Reds-Pirates game this week:

Who is the first pitcher to beat all 30 current teams?

Sorry if this has been asked and answered, I didn't search. Have fun if it's new...

    It's Al Leiter

I wonder if it's Randy Johnson.

        Johnson has never beaten Arizona

In addition to Leiter, I believe Kevin Brown and Terry Mulholland are the only other two that have done it.

He is 0-4 against Colorado. Has beaten everybody else at least once though.

Edit to add guys that are close:
Pedro is 0-1 vs Boston and has beaten everybody else.
Hideo Nomo is 0-1 vs LAD and has beaten everybody else.
Paul Byrd is 0-4 vs LAD and has beaten everybody else.

Whoops, add Curt Schilling to the list, he has beaten all 30 as well.

Well I hope he gets another chance to nip the Rockies in the bud this season! That would be a good feather in his cap.
