  • Successful Triple Steals

I was reading about a triple steal by the Giants on 5/2/1912. Just wonder how many have been pulled off successfully in ML history.

Out of the 53 times that Ty Cobb stole home, six were part of triple steals.

Mythical SF Chronicle scouting report: "That Jeff runs like a deer. Unfortunately, he also hits AND throws like one." I am Venus DeMilo - NO ARM! I can play like a big leaguer, I can field like Luzinski, run like Lombardi. The secret to managing is keeping the ones who hate you away from the undecided ones. Sure, but isn't it a beautiful thing that he took advantage of that ?

And I was wimp for leaving the game before it happened, but batting practice was fruitful
