  • 1,000 rbi's in the 1950's....

    Only two major leaguers with over 1000 RBI during the 1950s.

    At a guess id say Musial and Snider. Im fairly sure Snider was mentioned as either the top or second best RBI total of the 50's. Musial was very consistant so he'd be my second bet.

      Most RBIs in 1950s

      Two Brooklyn/LA Dodgers finished first and second

      Duke Snider - 1031 RBIs
      Gil Hodges - 1001 RBIs

      Duke was also first in home runs with 326
