    The 1986 Angels had Don Sutton, age 40, with 15 wins while Mike Witt, age 25, and Kirk McCaskill, age 25, exceeded that mark.

    There are 2 MLB teams to have a 15-game winner be 40 or older and a 15-game winner be 25 or younger. Both teams are post World War II. Who are the teams, what are the years and who are the players? Good luck!
