Has any Mets pitcher ever started the season as poorly as Manny Acosta?

How many Mets pitchers have had ERAs of 10 or more through their first 19 games? How about through their first 22 innings?

I don't think any have been quite as bad as Acosta. Calvin Schiraldi had a 9.78 ERA through 23 IP in 1985. Oliver Perez was at 9.97 through 21.2 IP in 2009.
