    I thought this question sounded famliar, although your criteria (10 wins) was different than Giambi Juices (qualifying for ERA title)

    Looks like Slim Sallee was also an answer to your first question, in 1919.
    Deacon Phillippe in 1910 and Dick Hall in 1970 also had 10 wins with more wins than walks
