    to finally allow sunday professional baseball in their city

    team and dates
    1. The more I learn, the more convinced I am that many players are over-rated due to inflated stats from offensive home parks (and eras)

      my source listed the pirates ... On April 29th, 1934 the Pittsburgh Pirates became the last remaining major league city to play a home outing on a Sunday (beating the Cincinnati Reds 9-5) after the state's "Blue Law" (prohibiting games on Sundays) was repealed.


      but O have seen this source is not always 100% accurate

        I may have the year wrong, but Pennsylvania was the last state containing Major League teams to legalize Sunday baseball.

          it would be possible then for the other two teams to have already played a sunday home game that year before the pirates game

            If the Pirates game was on the third Sunday of the season they probably were the last of the three teams to play a Sunday home game.
