    a batting title but in reality had no regular position - just played all over the field at different positions in different games
    1. The more I learn, the more convinced I am that many players are over-rated due to inflated stats from offensive home parks (and eras)

        I think King Kelly has a pretty good claim to that one too.

          I don't consider 19th century baseball to be relevant or included in the discussion and had posted that in most of the other topics in this section,, seems I forgot to here
