  • Random Combination of Stats - 49 SB and 83 RBI

I was looking up Mike Trout's ridiculous stats from this season and saw that he has 49 SB and 83 RBI. Who can guess the last player to pull off this combo (at least 49 SB and at least 83 RBI in the same season)?
    My top 10 players:

    1. Babe Ruth
    2. Barry Bonds
    3. Ty Cobb
    4. Ted Williams
    5. Willie Mays
    6. Alex Rodriguez
    7. Hank Aaron
    8. Honus Wagner
    9. Lou Gehrig
    10. Mickey Mantle

That has to be Barry Bonds circa 1990.

                      Tommy Harper?
Indeed the first step toward finding out is to acknowledge you do not satisfactorily know already; so that no blight can so surely arrest all intellectual growth as the blight of cocksureness.--CS Peirce

Has never been? Are you implying he's active?

Sorry, I worded that poorly. The player is not active.

Ok. How about Andre Dawson, Bobby Bonds, Craig Biggio, or Barry Larkin?
