We've all seen the scenario where a pitcher allows HR's on consecutive pitches, right? And I'm fairly confident that no hurler has allowed back-to-back-to-back HR's on consecutive pitches, correct? But has there ever been a pitcher that threw three (or more) consecutive pitches that were just plain hit? What about only throwing 3 pitches in one 1/2 inning? Is there a way to accurately determine this bit of trivia?
