I don't know the answer to this one--in fact, I'm seeing two different answers. Which team holds the record for most consecutive losses at home? I'm seeing the Boston Americans and the St. Louis Browns. Which one is right?

... and then there's the famous 1899 Cleveland Spiders, with their 20-134 season record, who apparently managed to avoid setting a most consecutive losses at home record. Which they accomplished by drawing (and playing) so extremely badly at home that after a month or two all the other teams refused to waste their money on travel to Cleveland. Which forced the Spiders to play mostly road games for most of the season (42 H/112 R).
