The young 18 year old pitcher signs a deal with a team. He then begins to bounce around and never really has much success. In fact he is basically a footnote . However, he still remains as the only pitcher to homer in his first game for this team. He hits this homer off a pitcher who probably has his name written somewhere in Cooperstown for what he did. The subject of this question hit this homer off a pitcher who was pitching for a major league team that was in the same city as the 18 year old signed with originally.The guy who threw this gopher ball was also pitching for a major league team located in the same city. as a footnote, I wonder if the subject of this question doesn't or didn't have a relative in the minor league system of a team in this same city? Here lies, the worst trivia question ever posted.....Wanna take a few stabs.... There's a string throughout the whole thing....

Giambi!! What do you eat for brain food? You're right.. Hal Haydel of the Twins did if off Al Downing who is associated with Milwaukee's Aaron and Haydel originally signed with Milwaukee and the Milwaukee Brewers have/ had a Haydel in their frarm system who might be related. I'll have to check on that... Impressive!!!! considering how bad this question was..
