  • Another Good Year

When the Braves are playing it is a good year. I have no predictions as of now and quite frankly, that's the way I like it.
    1914 Boston Braves
    July 5th: 15 games back.
    October 13th: World Series Champs
    (Anything is possible)
    GO BRAVES!!!!!!!

Well, it is a little useless to make predictions right now. However, that doesn't stop people.

Tell that to Rollins or Beltran.

rollins did get the last laugh last year. I hope the braves are the ones who get that honor this year

I think the Braves may have the best rotation in the NL East. The Mets are certainly more top heavy, but the Braves are solid throughout the rotation and have a lot of depth.

This year will definitely be a three-team race. I think it could all come down to who takes advantage of games against the Marlins and Nats the most.

I don't think anybody has counted the Marlins and Nats in, but they most definitely can play spoilers. When the season kicks off we'll see which teams are the real deal and not just "solid" on paper.

For the first the time since 2003 Atlanta has starting pitching depth. This year their not relying just on a healthy Hampton. I believe Atlanta could have the best pitching staff in the NL East. If the pitching stays healthy and Chipper stays healthy, Atlanta will certainly be a playoff team. Go Braves.

Looking pretty nice so far, in this first ESPN ST game. A nifty play by Yunie and Tex.

I'm not a fan of the latest ST/BP jerseys, at least not for the three-color teams like the Braves.

I like them in practice. The problem is the colors down the sides and under the sleeves. That's all.

I was impressed with javy lopez. especially the home run. i believe he can be a good back up for mccann. of course, he threw one into center field. but that can be from being rusty. the pitching held up well. carlyle did fine and i was glad to see damian moss out there. not bad for 1 inning. all and all, i can also see a fine year for the braves

He wasn't rusty; there was no one there at second base. Someone screwed up a signal.

sorry, I stand corrected. I work third shift and went back to look at it on tape again. definitely a missed signal.

Bobby really bragged about Hampton yesterday. That sounded great! Funny no mention of Chuck James tho.?
