Did everyone see the inning with JJ and the four walks? That was crazy. The ump obviously missed that call. That 0-2 pitch to Wright was def a strike. If that hadn't of happened, JJ prob would have walked away tonight only giving up 1 run. I though JJ was going to go crazy on the Ump, but what a good leader in Tex to keep him cool. Cox came to the rescue once again and JJ stuck it out and pitched really well afterwards, ....and to think he is only 22 years old, he is mature for his age. Good win by the Braves.

Heck yeah, it would have been pretty bad if JJ had gotten tossed."I never thought home runs were all that exciting. I still think the triple is the most exciting thing in baseball. To me, a triple is like a guy taking the ball on his 1-yard line and running 99 yards for a touchdown." -Hank Aaron

Who knows what is up with Huddy. Hopefully he can figure it out and nothing is wrong. Yes, JJ has been the man so far and hopefully will continue. Although Smoltz isn't 100%, he still has been killing it out there and hopefully will continue. I think JJ deserves more than 2 wins so far, but that is just how it goes sometimes."I never thought home runs were all that exciting. I still think the triple is the most exciting thing in baseball. JJ is awesome. I just hope that the rest of the entire staff gets healthy. Smoltz, Glavine, Hampton, ...and, yup, starting to worry about Huddy being up in the zone and losing a lil zip on that fastball.
I am going to go out on a limb hereand suggest that Smoltzie might just give us a quality start in NY today. It would be nice to win the rubber game.
