I finally have a good one to contribute to this thread. I was there for the Lester walk-off bunt this year. In fact, it was the only game I was able to attend this year. Imagine my disappoint when I show up at the ballpark and they have Matusz going out to the mound. At the time, the Cubs had only used starters of their five man rotation - Lester, Arrieta, Hendricks, Lackey, and Hammel. So I felt like I was getting ripped off. In the end, I wouldn't have traded it for any other regular season game this year. The icing on the cake was that we were sitting right in front of a row of Mariners fans. So for the first nine innings all I listen to are these loud-mouthed drunks trash talk every player on the team. In the end, they spent the last three innings trash talking their own team.

If we do all go to a game together, it needs to be a Cubs/Cards game! I have yet to attend one of those.

Kerry Wood/Roger Clemens Matchup in 2003. wow was that a good game. nailbiting and when Remlinger struck out Giambi, that was just nuts.

And what made it even better was that a group of like 6 of us almost got into a brawl with some Skankee Fans. They got thrown out in the 9th inning.

Aug. 12, 2004. Cubs lose 5-4 in 10 innings to San Diego. Thrilling game though, Nomar hit a go ahead homer late but then the pen struck.
