    i could live with that lineup. murton is in the right spot, as is izturis.

      Maybe Zambrano should flip with Izturis
      To offset some of the pain of being a diehard Cubs fan, I've learned to also be a moderate Yankees fan.

          I like that original line up alot. But also I could live with it if they switch murton and derosa

            I'd say the best place in the lineup for Izturis is not in it but that isn't going to happen.

                Mark DeRosa I don't think will hurt anything. But yeah 1-6 are as good as it gets.

                  I predict Murton will do exceptionally well in the two spot and will stay there all year.

                  So far some great moves by Lou: recognizing Murton's value, inserting Rich Hill into the starting rotation, and sending Prior to Iowa where he belongs.

                  I think Lou is off to a great start and was just exactly what we needed. No one has been harder on Jim Hendry over the years than me, but I give him a lot of credit for launching Baker, selecting Lou, and revamping this team. I have a real good feeling about the Cubbies this year!
