  • I am new here, and I LOVE the Cubs!

    Hello everyone on Baseball Fever!
I have looked at your website for a fairly long time, and I thought it is time I join. I
Let me tell a little about myself.
I am a person that loves the Chicago Cubs. I think my Cubbies have a good chance this year. That is, if their pitching holds up! ^^

Mean while, I would like to thank everyone in advance because, I think we all are going to be real good friends.
I hope to see you all around in the future!

Welcome buddy. One piece of advice to you.... stay active. I haven't been a member for all that long really, and I have quite a big number of posts, in comparison to how long I have been here. So like I said, keep active. Just 3-4 posts a day is good. More is better.

But if you are going to post 3 or 4 a day, make them quality posts. No one here cares how many posts you have, as long as what you say makes sense and contributes to the discussion. This isnt a contest to see how many you can get! Anyways, hope you enjoy it here...Im on and off, usually more on during the season.

Just a note to all the active members of BBF, I consider all of you the smartest baseball people I have ever communicated with and love everyday I am on here. Thank you all!

Welcome to the best section in Baseball Fever - I am amazed by how little is posted on most of the other team sections. we all come and go, but most of us come back during the season. Go Cubs Go!

For a couple of years, the Brooklyn Dodgers section had more posts than this section. THE BROOKLYN DODGERS! Nothing against that section, but how did they have more to say about a team decades gone than the Cubs' section? This section's only passed that recently. Let's keep it up, because that was embarassing.
To offset some of the pain of being a diehard Cubs fan, I've learned to also be a moderate Yankees fan.

This is my second year here, and it's finally starting to be active enough to sorta feel like a community. It was too slow last year. And we don't have a lot of idiots here either, so that's a big one-up over most sports forums.
