    Looks like the cubs are going to give him a chance at first like they should have gave colvin in the outfield when he first came up.

    Triple A Iowa in 2011
    38 homers
    111 rbi
    .331 average
    1.070 OPS

    so what do you all think?

    I like it. I don't see how he would be any drop-off from what they had at 1B last year, and it's possible he could have a good year. Let's see what he is as a player.

              LaHair still looks to start the season as the starting 1B while Rizzo will begin the season in AAA and will come up as soon as LaHair faulters.

                I am pretty sure lahair can play OF too. Maybe we can get rid of sori and move him out there.

                  Yep, he can play the OF if needed. I hope he takes it by the horns and makes 1B his though. Had one hell of a season for the I-Cubs last year. Seems like he's got a bit of Michh Hoffpaur in him. Would love it if it came out better for him than for Micah.
