Update: Tulowitzki has suffered a torn tendon in his left quadriceps and could be out at least until the All-Star break, according to the Rocky Mountain News.

Recommendation: Tulowitzki injured the quadriceps Tuesday against the Giants, a game he was scheduled to have off, but was forced into action after Jeff Baker went down with a popped blood vessel in his middle finger during batting practice. The injury compounds an already frustrating start to 2008 for the 23-year old, who is batting .152 with 11 RBI
