  • Ianetta

I've always thought that Chris Iannetta was the catcher of the future, and he has been coming up with some big hits lately, especially last night in a game the Rockies desperately needed.

I do like Yorvit, especially for the way he worked with young pitchers Franklin and Ubaldo at the end of last year, but it will be difficult to take Iannetta out of the lineup with the way he is playing now.

Ya, i've always actually liked Ianneta more.

Even when he was a dreadful hitter. But now he can hit and has command behind the plate. I think this shows a great future for us in the catcher position. For now we can be deep in that position but i think eventually one of them has got to go... and i think we're going to be saying our farewells to Torrealba. Which is unfortunate because we signed him to a big contract
