Jeff Kent won last year's poll by a landslide. Which newcomer do you think will have the best 2006 season in LA?

Jae Seo for sure, the hitters will hurt by going to the ultimate pitcher's park.

I have voted for Furcal. His arthroscopy surgery has surely been a plus for his fitness, he is a class base stealer (His steals total was third-highest in the NL - and only 12 fewer than the Dodgers had as a team) and despite Dodgers Stadium being more a pitcher's park, I am sure we will see lots of runs come off his bat!

No matter how good you are, you're going to lose one-third of your games. No matter how bad you are you're going to win one-third of your games. It's the other third that makes the difference. ~Tommy Lasorda

I voted for Furcal too, not only being a sold hitter he plays decent in the field and has one of the best arms for a shortstop!

"... then you would run for Gibson and have Sax batting. But, we have a big 3-2 pitch coming here from Eckersley. Gibson swings, and a fly ball to deep right field! This is gonna be a home run! Unbelievable! A home run for Gibson! And the Dodgers have won the game, 5 to 4, I don't believe what I just saw!"

I too voted for Furcal , i think he'll have a good year in L.A. because i don't think Grady Little will stop him from stealing bags and for sure will have a steady defensive year in Dodger Stadium.( do not forget Furcal is probably the best defensive and leadoff shortstop in the MLB and he can also be very clutch in important games )
