Kuo back to rotation

Torre moves Hong-Chi Kuo back to the rotation, replacing Esteban Loaiza, which is what he did last Tuesday, when Kuo pitched against the Pirates. Kuo's problems are staying healthy and throwing strikes. If he can get some consistent control he can be very good

Yea totally surprising me. I was telling people before the season this guy could easily win 16 games this year. Now looks like he'll be lucky to stay in the starting rotation.

I'd rather see Billingsley out there than Loaiza. He did get shelled in the DBacks game but it wasn't his fault that the Dodger offense flamed out against the Padres. I'd wait to see what happens on Thursday in the Arizona rematch before determining whether he should stay in the rotation.
