    After Manny....Prior to Manny.

Hitting .423 After Manny....was hitting .254 Prior to Manny arriving.

Kent is really upset over arguments that Ramirez has helped him statistically. It's to the point that he is now criticizing Vin Scully for saying it.

This leads me to a couple of questions. One, why does anybody pay attention to the LA Times sportswriters in the first place?

Two, given Kent's track record, would he feel better if the guy hitting behind him were ... oh, how shall I say it? ... lighter-skinned?

      No kidding.

Kent should just shut up and bat....he's probably mad because the same talk was going on when he in front of Bonds and built his career.
