  • Jeromy Burnitz and Shawn Green

Haven't you guys had enough of these two schmucks already? I've certainly have. Ever since they left the Dodgers both of these guys have really been sticking it to the Dodgers. Burintz hit 7 homers as a member of the Rockies against the Dodgers in 2004, and had some big games against us when he was with the Cubs last year, and hit a 2-run homer tonight as a member of the Pirates. And he sucked as a Dodger. Same story with Shawn Green as a D'Backs. 7 of his 22 homers last year came against the Dodgers. Marquis Grissom did the same crap when he was in San Francisco in '03 and '04

Shawn Green's career was a fluke. At least Burnitz can actually play.
The Q: Can the Cubs hold a 6-5 lead with 2 outs and nobody on in the 9th?

    The A: No

    ***********My Rant on Bud Selig***********
Selig is like a stray pigeon. Pigeons are too self-absorbed to care about anyone else. They poo on people they don't like; they poo on people they don't even know. The only real difference between Selig and a pigeon is that Selig intends to bury our heritage, our traditions, and our culture,

There are plenty of players that only found success against the Dodgers after leaving them. Take Jose Lima's game against them last year. Or Pedro's near-no-no last year. Or Lenny Harris killing the Dodgers two years ago.

I wouldn't say Shawn Greens whole career has been a fluke.
