Coaching Staff for 2013

I am hoping that McGwire will lift the offense to a level that will provide the necessary run support for the pitching staff and hence give the team more wins and a playoff spot. The firepower is there, but they need to use their talents a lot better.

Perhaps Coach McGwire can assist Ethier in getting back to numbers that are close to his '09 production. I like 'Dre very much, but he has never seemed to put up "RF numbers" IMO.
