JS Online: Brewers end home opener package deal

Milwaukee Brewers fans treasure the home opener at Miller Park.

That probably best explains why the team's offer of a free ticket to the game for those who purchase a 9-pack ticket package proved to be hugely popular.

Team officials said Friday that about 9,000 of the 9-packs that included a free home opener ticket have been snatched up.

Interesting. That sure is an improvement that Season Tickets sales is so good that the Brewers would have to do that.
